Social Impact Assessment (SIA) of the International Arbitration Court Complex

Banci Nigeria Limited, a civil engineering, and construction company embarked on the construction of the International Arbitration Court Complex in Lekki Peninsula in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.

 BNL commissioned Rain Forest Limited to carry out a Social Impact Assessment (SIA) study of the project area to present a baseline description of the environment. It is the intention of BNL to carry out this project following International Standards and the regulatory requirements of Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) as it relates to Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEnv.) EIA Act (Decree No. 86) of 1992 and in conformance with BNL policy on sustainable development.
